About Us

Journey was founded in 2002 and over the last 15 years has supported service businesses in several different sectors to become more customer-focused and effective. In that time we have learnt a lot about what works well and even more about what doesn’t!

Journey is led by Jonathan Booth and Stuart Pearce who each have more than 30 year’s commercial experience and have ‘walked in our clients shoes’. Jonathan leads on People and Transformation, whilst Stuart leads on Customer and Growth. Together we provide strategic and advisory services for businesses that are serious about achieving growth and meeting their customer expectations.

We believe that successful organisations put the customer at the centre of their business and align the whole organisation around meeting customer expectations to deliver an improved customer experience. Driving this focus from the top via effective leadership and engaging people at all levels of the organisation are fundamental to the long-term success of the business. This creates greater employee satisfaction and empowers employees to drive further improvement and innovation sustaining growth in the future. This type of change becomes embedded in the organisation long after we leave the business.

We don’t offer off-the-shelf solutions but the extra capability, capacity and experience you need to drive the changes you want to see. We provide a flexible range of services that can be delivered on an interim or consultancy basis, focused on supporting leaders through the process in the way that works best for them.

Our team have experience at Board level in SME’s and large service organisations, as well as years of coaching, consulting and interim experience. We work alongside our clients, using this experience to keep the change process on track and to build their capability not ours.
